Athletic Registration and Clearance
We now have a new streamlined service which is taking the athletic registration and clearance process online. No more messy paper form. Go to athleticclearance.com to get started!
Mission Statement
Sports medicine program is to provide prevention, management, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. It is our goal to educate our student-athletes healthy and active life style.
Athletic Training Services
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be available to assist you at all Orange Glen High School competitions and events. Sports Medicine staff members will be available to assist all participants at least one hour prior to the starting of every event. All teams will have access to our athletic training facilities. Our athletic training facility is located in the gymnasium/physical education building. If there is something special that you may need, or have questions about anything, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
If your team will not be traveling with a certified athletic trainer, please contact us in advance so that we may best care for your athletes. In the event that we are not contacted, any treatments requiring the use of therapeutic modalities require written permission and treatment protocols provided by the visiting team’s athletic trainer.
We will gladly assist visiting athletes with their taping needs. However, we do require visiting team and athletes to bring their own taping supplies.
Game/ Tournament Set Up
There will be a water station in the gym for both home and visiting team to share. Injury ice and first aid kit are located by the water station as well. Visiting teams please travel with your own medical kit and water bottles.

Student Health Insurance
Student & Athletic Accident Insurance
School offers low cost plan. Recommending as a supplemental coverage in addition to a health/medical insurance.
Medi-Cal
Medi-Cal is California's Medicaid health care program. This program pays for a variety of medical services for children and adults with limited income and resources. Medi-Cal is supported by federal and state taxes.
